Privacy Policy

The short version

This site does one thing with your personal data: if you join the waitlist, we collect your email address so we can tell you when the private beta opens. We don't sell it, we don't share it for advertising, and you can leave the list at any time.

What we collect

Email address. Collected only if you submit the waitlist form. Providing it is voluntary — you can browse the entire site without giving us anything.

Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and form providers automatically process standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to deliver the site, keep it secure, and measure aggregate traffic.

How we use it

We use your email to send waitlist and product updates about Algo — primarily, to notify you when the beta opens. We use aggregate, non-identifying statistics (such as total waitlist size and growth over time) to understand interest in the product, including sharing those aggregate numbers with potential partners or investors. Aggregate numbers never include your email or any information that identifies you.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, each processing data on our behalf under their own privacy terms: Kit (kit.com) stores waitlist emails and delivers our emails, and Vercel hosts the website. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Email confirmation

When you join the waitlist, Kit sends a confirmation email. You're only added as a confirmed subscriber after you click it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from the list immediately.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below, and we'll act on the request promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we'll honor those.

Data retention

We keep waitlist emails for as long as the waitlist is active or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region), and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted their email, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy — for example, when the actual product launches and collects more than an email address — we'll update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes to how we handle waitlist emails will be announced by email.
