PREDICTION MARKETS TERMINAL

One ladder.
Both books.

Kalshi and Polymarket quote the same events at different prices, in different places, on different screens. Ladr puts them on one fee-adjusted price ladder — and labels every rung with where its liquidity actually came from.

STATUS IN DEVELOPMENT — NOT YET OPEN
THE LADDER BELOW USES SAMPLE DATA
WHAT IT DOES

The merged book, and the receipts for it.

Most terminals show you one venue at a time. A few will merge them and hand you a single number. Ladr merges them and keeps the provenance — so you can see how much of any price is real depth on one exchange versus thin liquidity stitched together from two.

LAD—01

Combined ladder

Kalshi and Polymarket on a shared price axis, fee-adjusted, YES and NO folded into one view. Each rung shows which venue it came from.

SRC—02

Per-rung provenance

Every quote is labelled at the rung. No blended number without an origin — you always know what you'd actually be hitting.

HON—03

It tells you when it doesn't know

Gapped feeds, excluded venues and untrusted books say so on the ladder, and the order ticket refuses the trade. Silence is not treated as data.

CNT—04

Cents, not floats

Prices and sizes are integers end to end. No rounding drift between what you see, what you send, and what fills.

PNL—05

Paper alongside live

Simulated and real trading run the same path, clearly separated and clearly labelled, so practice behaves like the real thing.

KIL—06

Cancel everything

One key cancels every working order, and it keeps working when the feed is degraded. The stop is the part that can't be allowed to fail.

VENUES

Two books today. The ladder is built for more.

WHERE THE BUILD STANDS

Early, and specific about it.

No inflated numbers and no invented testimonials. This is what's working, what isn't, and what's next.

WHY THIS EXISTS

Built by people who trade these markets.

Ladr started because the tools available to prediction market traders don't show you the whole picture. You can watch one venue properly, or you can watch two badly. So we built the terminal we wanted: one ladder, both books, and no number on screen without a source behind it.

Ladr is software for viewing markets and placing your own orders. It is not investment advice, it does not manage money, and it makes no representation about trading outcomes.

Ladr isn't open yet. Leave an email and we'll get in touch when the private beta starts — that's the only thing we'll use it for.
